🏁 Shock Spring Overview

This is a set of optional Kyosho 81mm "Light Purple" Big Bore Front Shock Springs, designed for the MP9 and MP10 1/8 scale buggies. These longer 81mm springs are ideal for rough tracks, outdoor racing, and layouts with large jumps where added stability and plush suspension action are needed.

Made from 1.5mm spring steel wire, these springs are more durable than the standard 1.4mm wire options and offer a more consistent feel throughout long mains. The Light Purple spring is the softest rate in the 1.5mm wire 81mm lineup, offering excellent bump absorption and improved traction.

NOTE: These springs must be used with the KYOIF484 50mm medium-length shocks and the KYOIFW623 long front shock tower. They are not compatible with standard-length front shocks.
